Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your tour reservation for any reason, you must send this to the Company by e-mail.The names of all passengers who want to cancel their reservation must be clearly stated in your mail. Calculation of the cancellation notification period starts from the moment the written request reaches the Company's sales office during working hours. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Free cancellation

Between 15 March – 31 March 2023

35% of holiday cost

Between 01 April -15 April 2023

50% of holiday cost

​

April 16, 2023 and after

100% of holiday cost

​

Booking amount will be applicable for Cancellations of files on undecided departure date.
